Fees and availability – What I Offer
I work with adults in short or long-term sessions, available face to face, online or by telephone. This is either on a weekly or fortnightly basis, however, I suggest starting with a series of weekly sessions first. I offer a free initial 20-minute consultation to explore whether we’re a good fit to work together. My fee is £60 per hourly session, with concessionary rates available for students and those on a low income.

As with any new relationship it often takes time to establish a rapore. For this, I usually suggest starting with 6 weekly sessions to begin. Once the sessions have found a rhythm, it is possible to have sessions fortnightly.
I provide a contract that contains all the key information.

Location
I have use of a safe, comfortable and peaceful therapeutic space in Rock where you can explore your issues in complete confidence.
The space is on the coast, so it is possible to walk and talk for your session on request.
Free parking is available.
